Problems With Your Order?

If you have been charged for your order and do not have your vouchers in your email, please contact us before filing a dispute with PayPal. 
We will help resolve your issue. If you file a dispute, you will lose your order - we will refund it and void your vouchers.

If you have purchased vouchers and you do not see them in your email (be sure to check your spam/junk folder),

Shopper Questions

  • Do I have to buy from separate vendors in separate orders? No, you can buy from multiple vendors in one order.
  • Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase? No, you can choose to pay by credit card on the PayPal payment page if you don't have a PayPal account.
  • Will I receive an order confirmation? Once payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation from our store that lists all of your purchases in the order; you will also receive a confirmation from PayPal.
  • My purchase completed but my order doesn't show Complete yet. Why? There may be a delay in the system showing that your order status is Complete due to the manner in which multi-vendor sales are reported to the store by PayPal. It is normal for it to take from 15 minutes to an hour for the order status on the site to change.
  • What if I have a problem with a vendor fulfilling my order? All sales are transactions between you and the individual vendors; this storefront is provided by Virginia's Growth Alliance as a convenience to you and the vendors. If you have a problem that you are unable to resolve with the vendor, you should file a dispute with PayPal.  Always try to resolve the issue directly with the vendor first, though. We are unable to resolve any issues between you and vendors.

  • I own a business in Virginia's Growth Alliance. How can I sell on this site? Information about selling is on this page.
  • How much do businesses need to pay to participate in Shop Local VGA? Shop Local VGA is a free services to businesses in Virginia's Growth Alliance. The PayPal fees are the only costs to businesses and they have no connection to VGA; they are like any other merchant services fees paid to accept credit cards.
  • Who will set up my products? Your are responsible for setting up your own products, sales tax amounts, and shipping methods and charges.
  • What if I need help setting up things like products or shipping for my store? Packages are available from Glerin Business Resources if you would like help. They range from walking you through setting up a few products to setting up everything for you. Information will be available soon.
  • An order shows as Complete in PayPal but not in the store. Why?
